Umbilicus Sovereign Document Assistant

An on-premise AI assistant that analyses, summarises and structures sensitive documents entirely inside the client's own infrastructure. No data leaves the premises and no internet connection is needed.

What the demo shows

• Runs fully offline (air-gapped), with a live network check
• Answers in Ukrainian and English, each point cited to the exact source passage
• Document summaries and extraction of structured fields, with red-flag notes
• Cross-document checks for inconsistencies
• Role-based access and a tamper-evident audit log of every action

All documents in the demo are synthetic sample data. Model responses are real, generated on a CPU-only machine (Gemma 3 12B, 4-bit, via llama.cpp). Long generation periods are fast-forwarded and labelled in the video. Production pilots run on GPU hardware for answers in seconds.
